Océ started its distribution in Malaysia since 1977 by providing wide format diazo printers and materials for the design engineering market through Hagemeyer, a Dutch trading company. In 1990, Océ direct subsidiary, Océ Malaysia Sdn Bhd that is wholly owned by Océ N.V. a public listed company in The Netherlands took over the business from Hagemeyer.
The company now has its head office in Petaling Jaya that supports the printer, copier and plotter markets with a wide range of digital hardware/software solutions & professional system consultancy services to meet its customers' diverse printing & copying needs. Its range of solutions consists of digital high-speed printers/copiers, colour printers/copiers, digital web-fed printers, digital multifunctional wide-format printers and document management softwares.
